US
We are a nonprofit organization started and founded by high schoolers who are passionate about seeing equality in many underrepresented fields including science, technology, law enforcement, etc. We recognize the importance of breaking barriers to give all genders equal opportunity, and in turn we are committed to fostering inclusivity and diversity in all career fields.
Through advocacy, education, and outreach efforts, we strive to create a more equitable landscape where all individuals, regardless of gender or background, can thrive and contribute meaningfully to their chosen fields.
MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to raise awareness of women in male-dominated fields by exposing high school students to female and underrepresented leaders. We facilitate connections with local resources and provide educational content through our blog page to empower students and promote gender equality in all career paths.
